As a Sales & Business Development Manager at proxima idea KG, you will take ownership of our inbound leads for HeyMaria β an AI-powered phone solution for hotels and businesses that autonomously handles incoming calls.
Your mission: turn interested prospects into long-term partners. You present the solution, address questions, craft tailored proposals, and guide leads all the way to a successful contract signature. You collaborate closely with our development, marketing, and management teams and actively help shape our processes.

Our focus lies on solutions that simplify everyday operations for people and businesses β whether through HeyMaria or other upcoming projects. Your responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Closing
Manage incoming leads, deliver demos, negotiate terms, and close deals - Customer Engagement & Advisory
Act as the first point of contact for new prospects, providing guidance throughout the decision process - Pitch & Proposal Development
Create compelling sales presentations and tailored commercial offers - CRM Management
Maintain and optimize lead and customer data in our CRM system - Partnership Development
Support building and managing strategic partnerships - Strategic Growth Initiatives
Contribute to new business strategies to scale HeyMaria
Your profile::
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Growth Strategy
- Initial experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success is an advantage
- Communicative, goal-driven personality with a high level of initiative
- Strong analytical thinking and a good sense for sales opportunities
- Independent working style, structured, hands-on mindset
- Excellent verbal and written German & English skills
