Do you enjoy inspiring customers and driving deals across the finish line?
As a Sales & Business Development Manager at proxima idea KG, you will take ownership of our inbound leads for HeyMaria – an AI-powered phone solution for hotels and businesses that autonomously handles incoming calls.

Your mission: turn interested prospects into long-term partners. You present the solution, address questions, craft tailored proposals, and guide leads all the way to a successful contract signature. You collaborate closely with our development, marketing, and management teams and actively help shape our processes.

We are a small, innovative tech company building and scaling digital products. Our focus lies on solutions that simplify everyday operations for people and businesses – whether through HeyMaria or other upcoming projects. You can expect a fast-paced environment, short decision paths, and the opportunity to influence the company from day one.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Closing
    Manage incoming leads, deliver demos, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Customer Engagement & Advisory
    Act as the first point of contact for new prospects, providing guidance throughout the decision process
  • Pitch & Proposal Development
    Create compelling sales presentations and tailored commercial offers
  • CRM Management
    Maintain and optimize lead and customer data in our CRM system
  • Partnership Development
    Support building and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives
    Contribute to new business strategies to scale HeyMaria

Your profile::

  • Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Growth Strategy
  • Initial experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success is an advantage
  • Communicative, goal-driven personality with a high level of initiative
  • Strong analytical thinking and a good sense for sales opportunities
  • Independent working style, structured, hands-on mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written German & English skills
